How to maintain the metal briquetting machine
Generally, customers will observe the quality of the products when purchasing the scrap iron briquetting machine. Similarly, we need to clean and maintain the scrap iron briquetting machine after a period of use, so as to avoid affecting the quality of the products.
1、 Dismantle First, we need to dismantle the scrap iron briquetting machine. The steps are as follows: remove the tension springs of the front top knife and the middle knife, and then move the upper sliding plate back slightly to take out the middle knife and the front top knife.
2、 Clean After the disassembly, we can carry out the cleaning step. Remove the dust from the front top knife, the middle knife and the inside of the knife slot with a brush, then wipe it with gasoline, and then wipe it twice with a clean cloth.
3、 Installation During installation, we need to install the middle knife first, then the front top knife, then install the spring and add appropriate industrial lubricating oil around the knife.
The briquetting machine is also known as the densification machine with high density. It is a late forming equipment for scrap metal with high hydraulic density of small-size and granular raw materials such as metal crushing raw materials, metal crushing raw materials, metal powder, metal particles, scrap metal, aluminum scrap, steel scrap, iron scrap and copper scrap.

In case of any abnormality, oil leakage or noise, the production shall be stopped immediately for maintenance.
