Application scenarios of metal crushers

Metal shredders are widely used in the metal recycling industry to crush various scrap metals, such as automobiles, home appliances, aluminum cans, metal containers, and scrap steel, to facilitate subsequent transportation, sorting, and smelting. In addition, they are also used in other industrial sectors, including:

  • Metal Recycling and Smelting: Crushing various large scrap metals (such as car shells, bicycles, and refrigerators) and thin-walled containers (such as aluminum cans and paint buckets).
  • Shredding scrap steel, steel furniture, circuit boards, etc., facilitating their packaging, transportation, and delivery to smelters.
  • Processing metal shavings and scraps, improving recycling efficiency and metal bulk density.
  • Municipal Waste Management: In waste management, it can process composite waste containing metal, helping to reduce waste volume and promote resource utilization.
  • Used to process the metal components in municipal solid waste, reducing landfill volume.
  • Other Industrial Applications:
  • Plastic Recycling: Some shear shredders can also crush waste plastics into granules for the production of recycled plastics.
  • Wood and Paper: Suitable for processing waste wood and waste paper.
  • Rubber recycling: Shear crushers can crush waste rubber into granules.
