Product maintain

Before performing machine tool maintenance or cleaning, the upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold and then put down and shut down until the work is completed. If startup or other operations are required, the mode should be selected in manual and ensure safety. Its maintenance content is as follows:
1. Hydraulic oil circuit
a. Check the oil level of the fuel tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, hydraulic oil should be added;
b. The hydraulic oil used is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
c. The oil of a new machine should be changed after 2,000 hours of operation, and every 4,000 to 6,000 hours of operation. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;
d. The system oil temperature should be between 35°C and 60°C, and shall not exceed 70°C. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage of the oil quality and accessories.
2. Filter
a. Every time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned;
b. If the machine tool has relevant alarms or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil quality, it should be replaced;
c. The air filter on the fuel tank should be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, and it is best to replace it every year.
3. Hydraulic components
a. Clean hydraulic components (substrate, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system and do not use cleaning agents;
b. After using the new machine for one month, check whether the bends of each oil pipe are deformed. If there are any abnormalities, they should be replaced. After two months of use, the connections of all accessories should be tightened. The machine should be turned off when doing this work. The system should not be damaged. pressure
