There are many types of copper rice machines used in my country, and the grades are different. The main problem is that the scale is small and the purity of the processed copper rice is low, so it cannot be used directly as refined copper. In addition, the residual copper in waste plastics is high, which not only reduces the recovery rate of copper, but also reduces the utilization grade of waste plastics, and pollutes the environment. The use effect of most copper rice machines is not ideal.
Recycling Process
Structural features:
1. PLC control is adopted, the appearance is simple and beautiful, the operation is simple, and one operator can produce.
2. According to the copper rice machines produced by various countries, copper with a purity of more than 99.5% can be recovered. However, 3-5% of copper powder and wooly copper will be lost into the plastic during the sorting process. Our company is equipped with electrostatic selection equipment to sort out the remaining copper in the plastic again, achieving the effect of no plastic in the copper and no copper in the plastic.
Product Features
1. Integrated structural design, compact structure, small footprint, easy to move, can be placed on a flat ground and connected to the power supply for production.
The crushing system tool adopts SKD-11 alloy tool, and the processing hardness reaches HR58 degrees. While ensuring high wear resistance, it can also ensure a certain toughness of the crushing blade. The structural design is an eight-shaped alternating shearing structure. The outer shell of the wire crushing equipment adopts a water cooling system to avoid the material heating and melting caused by long-term work.
Gravity sorting, as an important part of copper rice and plastic sorting, adopts Italian air flow suspension sorting technology, and the vibration frequency and material suspension air supply device can be accurately adjusted according to different materials.
The whole set of equipment is fully enclosed and equipped with a pulse dust removal system, which effectively collects dust in the production process and discharges it from the dust outlet.
