Working principle

Load the material to be packed into the compression chamber, first actuate the cover cylinder to rotate the cover plate until the compression chamber is closed, and the locking mechanism is locked firmly, and then the side pressure head and the main pressure head are sequentially squeezed to squeeze the materials into bundles Then, the cover cylinder, the side cylinder and the main cylinder return one after another, and the bag turning cylinder pulls out the bale block and resets it. The length of the beam block is determined by the weight, material and shape of the extruded material.

1. Only when the main cylinder, side cylinder, cover cylinder, etc. are all reset to the initial state, can the turning cylinder be activated, otherwise it is easy to damage the turning frame and turning shaft and other devices.

2. The length of the bundle depends on the weight, material and geometric shape of the extruded waste, so it is not allowed to pack too much for the relatively thick and dense waste, otherwise the block will be too long and cannot be turned over. Out of the mass, even the side pressure head cannot be in place, causing a series of disadvantages such as the dislocation of the main pressure head.
