This equipment is often used in the waste material recycling and processing industry. Small and medium-sized steel plants can cold shear scrap metals with various cross-section shapes such as round steel, square steel, channel steel, angle steel, I-beam, steel plate, steel pipe, etc. The purpose of the shearing machine is to cut to length, cut the head, cut the tail, trim the edge, cut the sample and remove local defects of the rolled piece.

The working blade length of crocodile scissors: 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and the shearing force has 8 levels from 63 tons to 400 tons; shearing machines with blades above 700mm are especially suitable for cutting scrapped cars.

Main configuration: rapid cylinder, rapid valve, air cooling, water cooling, variable oil pump (optional automatic feeder)

Hydraulic alligator shears play an important role for metal recyclers by cutting things down to size – literally – enabling shredders to handle oversized materials that would otherwise be difficult or sometimes impossible to digest. They also allow the recycler to "clean" or prepare scrap for shredding by removing unwanted fittings or other parts the shredder may not accept. This adds value to the scrap and improves the quality of the finished frag.
