This equipment is often used in the waste material recycling and processing industry. Small and medium-sized steel plants can cold shear scrap metals with various cross-section shapes such as round steel, square steel, channel steel, angle steel, I-beam, steel plate, steel pipe, etc. The purpose of the shearing machine is to cut to length, cut the head, cut the tail, trim the edge, cut the sample and remove local defects of the rolled piece.
Connect the power supply, start the motor, each reversing valve is in the initial position, and the oil pump runs with no load. Press the shear button to create pressure driven by a hydraulic pump. Under the control of the electromagnetic reversing valve and oil circuit, the pressing oil cylinder drives the pressing plate to press the material first. Through the lever principle, the material is pressed down under the pressure of the oil cylinder. After pre-pressure and locking, the shearing cylinder starts to work to achieve interactive shearing to cut off the material entering the incision. The pressing cylinder and the shearing cylinder start the return journey respectively. Under single working conditions, the shearer cuts once each time the shear button is pressed. Under continuous working conditions, press the shear button once, and the shearing machine will continue shearing, using a plate chain type silo to achieve stable feeding until the stop button is pressed.
