◆It adopts the electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve synchronization mechanism imported from Germany, which has good synchronization accuracy and strong anti-eccentric load ability. The CNC system is equipped with a high-level German grating ruler, which has high bending accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

◆The frame is integrally welded with steel plate, the appearance is decent and standard, and it has sufficient strength and rigidity. The machine body is welded with steel plates for aging treatment to eliminate welding stress; one clamping is used during processing, and the whole CNC milling and boring machine is processed at one time, ensuring the rigidity and accuracy of the machine body.

◆Dual deflection compensation mechanism-the upper slider is equipped with oblique wedge compensation, and the lower table has automatic oil cylinder compensation, which can effectively compensate the deflection of the slider and the worktable, truly realize no blind zone compensation, and ensure bending accuracy. Two kinds of hydraulic deflection compensation and mechanical deflection compensation can be produced according to user requirements.

◆The hydraulic control adopts an integrated hydraulic control system to reduce pipeline installation, ensure no oil leakage, stable working performance, and clean and beautiful appearance of the machine tool.
