Product Description

* The hydraulic scrap metal briquetting machine is composed of a frame, a main hydraulic cylinder, a pusher hydraulic cylinder, a bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, a matching die frame and a die and a pressing head.

* The punches of the die and the press block are all equipped with the high strength wear-resistant steel which can be replaced quickly. The front end of the punch of the model LINDUR- is provided with a wear-resistant punch and a pressing ring which are easy to disassemble and install, thus prolonging the service life of the steel ring. The relevant parts are specially hardened or forged in the required parts.

* Hydraulic station: it is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and pipe system used to connect press block machine. Reasonable design, stable quality. Equipped with cooling system to prevent equipment from continuously operating due to overheating of oil temperature.

* Console: it is composed of electrical system and PLC control system.
