Operation method
1. Turn on the power supply: close the air switch in the electrical box (main switch of the machine), first check whether the three-phase power supply voltage is normal, (use a meter or a probe to test) and close the electrical phase door.Check whether the red power indicator light on the surface of the electrical door panel is on.

2. Start the motor: push the manual reversing valve handle down to the lowest position, and then press the start button NO.

3. Check the motor steering: after the motor is started, when the manual reversing valve handle is in the lowest position, the pressure plate cannot move down. At this time, please immediately check whether the motor rotation direction is correct. The motor rotation direction must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If the motor rotates in the opposite direction, the machine cannot be used normally. At this time, the manual reversing valve handle should be pulled up to the mid-range position. Then press the stop button OFF (or press the emergency stop switch) to stop the motor. Cut off the main input power, interchange two of the three-phase power cords and connect them again. Repeat operations 1 and 2 again.

Installation steps
1. The machine must be placed steadily on concrete, and the foundation will be determined according to local conditions.
2. Check whether the oil drain port at the bottom of the fuel tank is closed, and then open the sealing cap of the fuel port at the top of the fuel tank after making sure it is closed. Inject about 60KG46# hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil number depends on the local temperature and usage standards.

3. Install the power cord of the machine. The voltage and frequency are determined by the local power supply. (Note! The voltage and frequency of the motor and electrical accessories have been configured and installed according to the customer's requirements when ordering the machine).
