Product Feature

The lead frame of the waste paper hydraulic baler is composed of 4 sets of lead devices installed on a frame. The entire lead frame is suspended on a central axis of the compression frame. Under the action of the hydraulic motor, it moves horizontally relative to the compression frame. The tight frame is a welded component with wheels installed at the bottom. It can move horizontally along the main slide rail driven by the hydraulic cylinder. The lifting platform is mainly composed of two horizontal beams bolted together. The lifting platform can move up and down in the vertical direction driven by two hydraulic cylinders.

The structure of the compression frame is basically similar to that of the compression frame, but there are 4 packing heads and 1 set of wire feeding device arranged on it. The baling heads (4 in total) of the waste paper hydraulic baler are the components with the most complex structure and the most interlocking movements of the entire equipment. The structure of each baling head of the waste paper hydraulic baler is exactly the same and can be interchanged.
