Working principle of metal baler:
Add loose materials to the large hopper above the feeding cylinder. Oil is fed into the rear chamber of the feeding cylinder, and the piston rod is extended, driving the pump back to the position where the cake pieces can be released. The main cylinder continues to descend. After the pressed cake pieces are pressed out of the mold cavity, oil is fed into the front chamber of the auxiliary cylinder, and the piston rod is extended. out, driving the pump block to push the cake block out and reset at the same time.
Oil enters the front chamber of the rear sub-cylinder, driving the piston rod and punch of the main cylinder to rise and reset, completing a cake pressing cycle and entering the next cycle program.
