Metal Crusher Introduction

The dual-axis shredder mainly consists of the following components:
1. Frame: The frame is the basic component of the dual-axis shredder, usually made of high-strength steel plates welded together, with good stability and load-bearing capacity. The frame is equipped with key components such as motors, reducers, and bearing seats.
2. Transmission system: The transmission system is composed of key components such as motors, reducers, and couplings. The motor transmits power to the reducer through the coupling, and then the reducer distributes the power to the two symmetrical main shafts, ensuring that the main shafts operate at a lower speed, thereby ensuring the smoothness and efficiency of the crushing process.

The cutting shaft is equipped with multiple blades, and the shape and arrangement of the blades are designed according to different crushing materials to achieve the desired crushing effect.
4. Blades: The blades are the components directly involved in the crushing operation, and their material and structural design have a significant impact on the crushing effect and the lifespan of the equipment. The blades are usually made of high-maintenance materials, with sharp edges and reasonable angles, capable of effectively tearing and shearing the materials. The blade body is made of high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel, which not only helps achieve high-power shredding operations but also significantly improves the durability of the equipment. Through precise matching with the spline and hexagonal shafts, the torque is evenly distributed, effectively extending the service life of the main shaft. Additionally, the blade thickness can be selected as needed, and it is designed as detachable, which greatly reduces the time required for blade replacement.
5. Feeding system: The feeding system includes the feeding port and the feeding conveying device. The feeding port is designed reasonably, allowing for the convenient feeding of materials into the crushing chamber. The feeding conveying device usually adopts a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor, enabling continuous feeding of materials and improving the crushing efficiency.
6. Discharging system: The discharging system includes the discharging port and the discharging conveying device. The crushed materials are discharged through the discharging port, and the discharging port is equipped with a regulating device to adjust the discharge particle size as needed. The discharging conveying device usually adopts a belt conveyor, transporting the crushed materials to the next process.
