working principle:

The metal chips are pushed to the pre-compression chamber by the feeding screw of the briquetting machine. The pre-compression die driven by the hydraulic cylinder pre-compresses the wet chips. After that, the main hydraulic cylinder pushes the main pressure die to squeeze the pre-compressed chips at high pressure. The wet chips separate the cutting fluid here, and the chips are compressed into high-density chips. The reversing mechanism shifts the press block laterally, and the push rod pushes the press block out of the briquetting machine.
