Metal briquetting machine can directly cold press powdered cast iron chips, steel chips, copper chips, aluminum chips and high-quality mineral powder into cakes, so as to facilitate storage, transportation and recycling. The steel chip cake machine consists of three parts: the host machine, the hydraulic station and the control cabinet. The specific details are as follows:
1. Host
It consists of a frame, main hydraulic cylinder, propulsion hydraulic cylinder, bottom hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold base, pressure head, etc.;
The frame consists of upper and lower beams and columns. The upper and lower beams are all integral steel castings. The upper and lower beams are connected to the four columns through internal and external nuts to withstand the tension during the operation.

The main hydraulic cylinder eliminates steel castings, eliminates safety hazards, and ensures the service life and safety of the equipment; the supporting mold base, mold, and pressure head are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel and can be quickly replaced; the front end of the mold is equipped with a durable
The punch is ground for easy disassembly and installation, extending the service life; the relevant parts are specially hardened or forged at necessary locations

2. Hydraulic station
It consists of a motor, a hydraulic pump, a pump protection device, a professional control valve group and a piping system connected to the cake press. It has reasonable design and stable quality; it is equipped with a cooling system to prevent the equipment from continuing to work due to overheating of the oil temperature.

3. Console
It is composed of electrical system and pIc control system, equipped with adjustable text display. The action sequence and each action time are completely controlled by the PLC system and can be adjusted by the operator at any time, which is convenient and fast.
