The shearing machine operator must be familiar with the main structure, performance and usage of the shearing machine. This machine tool is suitable for shearing all kinds of steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic material plates whose thickness is the rated value of the machine tool, and must be free of hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusion, and welding seam, and excessive thickness is not allowed. If it is found that the machine is not running normally during use, it should immediately cut off the power and stop it for inspection. When adjusting the machine tool, the power must be cut off, and when moving the workpiece, pay attention to the safety of hands. All parts of the machine tool should be kept lubricated frequently, the operator should add lubricating oil once per shift, and the mechanic should add lubricating oil to the rolling bearing parts of the shearing machine once every six months.

How the shearing machine is driven:

1. The pneumatic shearing machine with pneumatic and hydraulic boosting and hydraulic synchronization is designed, as well as the pneumatic shearing machine with hydraulically synchronizing pneumatic-secondary toggle lever boosting force, so that it can also be used for occasions with large shearing width;

2. The drive device of the mechanical booster CNC shearing machine with servo motor as the power source is designed, which improves its automation control level;

3. For the lever-toggle rod, secondary toggle rod, crank connecting rod-toggle rod and other force-increasing mechanisms used in the designed shearing machine, the mechanical performance analysis and kinematics were carried out using software such as MATLAB and Pro/e , Dynamic simulation, derived formulas, charts and curves for reference by the engineering community.
